WAKHRE Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Must be in original packaging with tags intact
  • Must include proof of purchase (Order ID/receipt)
  • A valid reason for return must be provided

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Policy

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
In case of damaged / wrong product, WAKHRE will cover the return shipping
Damaged / Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images for quick resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Amount Policy:

Refunds will be issued based on the final amount paid (after discounts)
Shipping charges are non-refundable


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products


Late Requests

Any return request made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted, regardless of reason.
