WAKHRE Shipping Policy

At WAKHRE, we are committed to delivering your order safely, on time, and with complete transparency.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service availability

Shipping Charges

  • Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is currently unavailable. All orders must be prepaid at checkout.

Delays & Disruptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions or operational issues
  • Adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
  • High order volumes during peak seasons

WAKHRE is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. However, we will always do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order
  • Orders returned or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional re-shipping charges
  • WAKHRE will not be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from customer-provided errors

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 working days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
